Every design piece has a different complexity, so each of them takes a different amout of time. For example, for a banner, it takes around one day, but if you request a web design, depending on the number of pages, it would take around 4 days. All our designers are filtered before working with us. Also, all of them are supervised for a senior designer that ensure every design piece we deliver is excelent. Finally, you’ll have assigned an account executive in order to have a better communication flow.

Our senior designers and account executives do. Other team members may not speak advanced english but you as client will not be in contact with them.

Use what works better for you: email, slack, whatsapp, you name it. We are very flexible in that way. We organize all the requests in Notion.
